OVERVIEW
Built in 1920, it has represented one of the most
prestigious for over a century equestrian stages internationally. Race tracks are considered
among the most selective in the world. On the grass of the galloping tracks they ran, fought and
won some of the greatest thoroughbreds in the history of horse racing, such as for example
Tenerani, Ribot, Sirlad, Tony Bin, Falbrav. Prestigious names they also emerge among the
jockeys, with Enrico Camici, Frankie Dettori and Mirko Demuro, just to name a few.
It
covers an area of approximately 1,600,000 mg and has over 70 days of racing each
year,
for more than 500 trips in total. The calendar includes ten Grands
Prizes in addition to
Group races.
