levity brew strive to curate the best of nature and science to deliver an enlightened energetic experience and delicious daily rituals. founder kelly peterson, a habitual coffee drinker, subjected herself to the caffeine rollercoaster for years until she decided there had to be a better way. she started researching other naturally-occurring stimulants and experimenting in the kitchen - eventually striking the perfect balance of energy + taste, which she called levity brew. after months of giving levity to friends and family, she began distributing it to workplaces throughout san francisco, where levity found a natural fit amongst both science enthusiasts and foodies alike. levity brew is now enjoyed nationwide.
